What to write so the first reply is useful
No specification document needed: five numbers and one problem. That is enough for the first reply to be about your warehouse — which modules make sense today, which can wait, and which of your own cases is worth looking at first.
- How many warehouses or depots, and how many people work inside them
- What you move: units, cartons, goods in lots or with expiry dates, serial numbers
- Where orders come from: online store, phone, sales agents, a system already in house
- How many orders on a normal day and how many at peak
- Whether you hold goods on behalf of others, and how many of them
- What costs you the most time today: counting, returns, overlapping orders, paperwork
What happens after you write
The message reaches the people who build CargoNode, and they are the ones who answer: to the address you leave us, usually within one working day, with no switchboard and no reseller network in between.

Frequently asked questions
Do you run a demo?
Yes, and we run it on your cases rather than on made-up data: an order like yours, a receipt like yours, the stocktake that costs you three days today. It takes half an hour, and it needs you to tell us beforehand how you work — otherwise it turns into the usual stroll through the screens.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one working day, from the same email address you left us. If the question needs a technical check — a file format, a connector, an unusual tax case — we say so immediately and come back with the real answer instead of a fast one.
Does my message end up on a mailing list?
No. The address you leave is used to answer what you wrote and nothing else: no newsletter, no periodic sends, nothing passed to resellers or partners. If nothing comes of it, the conversation simply ends there.
Can we talk in English?
Of course, and we will work with you in English. The product itself speaks Italian today, because it is built around Italian statutory obligations: if the people on the floor need the interface in another language, tell us which one and we will cover it at the first meeting, along with everything else.
